Business Development Manager

Develop collaborative channels and complete monthly team & individual performance.
Contact the intermediary to explore opportunities for cooperation in the financial business.
Provide training for Business Development Intern on the company's financial products and services
Explore business opportunies with external cooperation agencies Cooperate with other tasks that the company has explained.

Representing KBRZ for promoting our loan products and be responsible for processing loan applications.
Swiftly & accurately crunch numbers, break down complex bank jargon into easy-to-understand language for our customers.
Completing borrowing capacity calculations, researching and preparing lender options and recommendations.
Building strong relationships with our lender Business Development Managers (BDM’s) and workshopping loan scenarios with them.
Handling the flow of loan applications: updating our clients throughout their home loan application process, particularly from the initial scenario stage up to application submission.
Updating referral partners and key parties on the progress of our mutual client’s loan application (via phone & email).

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Attention to details, active learner and have a strong passion in sales

Critical thinker and quick learner with good interpersonal skills
